Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary S/O (with chicken) is a complete dietetic feed to support an adult cat with lower urinary tract disease. With lower level of magnesium and urine acidifying properties, the diet helps the cat dissolve struvite stones and also discourages its reappearance. High amounts of moisture help to reduce the risk of recurrent idiopathic cystitis. The carefully composed diet would also assist in lowering the concentration of the ions which lead to the formation of crystals. The wet cat food dilutes the urine of the feline and thus decreases the concentration of struvites and calcium oxalates.
