Bird Cages

Birds are social creatures who do great when they are around other birds. It is recommended that you atleast have a couple of birds in your cage so that your birds will always be mentally stimulated.

Bird owners should know that birds use width more than height in a cage, and the minimum width of the cage must be 1.5 times the bird’s wingspan. You may use this as a rule of thumb while buying a new cage.

Birds need at least one side of the cage up against a wall as it gives them a sense of security. The most ideal place would be a corner having two walls and preferably far from the window so that they don’t get scared by animals outside.
